Product Details

Benefits
  • Fuller Spray Coverage – Enhances spray atomization and improves flow out and leveling. 
  • Your Non-Toxic Companion – Can be mixed into any of our CrystaLac Paints, Stains or Top Coats, which are always non-toxic and low VOC.

Instructions
  1. Environment: Apply in an environment between 68-72ºF.
  2. Prep: Add approximately 1 oz. of the reducer per pint by slowly stirring into CrystaLac Paints, Stains or Top Coats.
  3. Dry Time: This product is intended to extend the dry time of our products. Adding more than 1 oz per pint, will significantly slow the dry time and extra dry time will need to be given between coats.

Care
  • Store at room temperature in a dry place, out of direct sunlight.
  • Do not subject the product to freezing or hot temperatures.
  • CrystaLac products have a shelf life of 5 years after opening.
  • Use in an environment above 68ºF.

  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not allow children to use the product unsupervised.
  • If using a spray application method, wear proper eye and respiratory protection.

Allows a smooth non-bubble surface

Shooting in 90 degree weather, this reducer allowed the finish to flow just enough to provide a smooth, bubble free, surface, and still be quick drying. This is definitely a must-have.

Really makes a difference

When spraying this really makes a difference. It lays down so nice and smooth it barely needs level sanding. Don't spray Britetone without it.

Excellent product. Makes a great product even better

This is my first time using Crystalac, so I’ve been experimenting with it. With the help of the great support from the people Crystalac, they suggested I try the reducer to give me a bit more time to reduce brush strokes. Fantastic. It worked beautifully and now I’m ready to proceed to the actual instrument, an acoustic guitar finished with turquoise trim.
