Shipping Policy

At CrystaLac® we strive to provide efficient and reliable fulfillment services to ensure your orders are shipped and delivered promptly and securely.

Processing: If an order is shown as processed, that means that it currently being packed, or it has already been packaged and is waiting to be shipped from our store. Once an order has been processed, you may no longer make changes to your order since a shipping label has already been selected and paid for.

Processing Time: Orders are processed in the order they are received and may be batched for efficiency. Expedited shipping does not effect the order in which your order was placed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, and during sale events. Most orders are processed within a few days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for processing delays.

Shipping Methods: We allow customers to select their shipping option at checkout. The shipping provider you choose will be the label we apply to the packaging after processing. Choosing expedited shipping does not change our processing time

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping provider. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Delivery Time: Once the package is in the hands of the shipping provider, it's up to the provider to efficiently and safely deliver the package to you. If you chose expedited shipping, please note that it does not speed up our processing time. If the shipping provider gives you a delivery estimate, that estimate only begins after we process it and they pick it up. Keep in mind that shipping delays can be expected during holidays.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also find this information by logging into your account on crystalac.com.

International: If you would like to track your package through customs, please select Priority Mail. First-Class does not provide tracking of international packages (per USPS). Please use your tracking # to check on any shipping updates. We will be happy to advocate for you as best we can, but please be aware we are not in control of when a package arrives once it leaves our store.

Shipping Restrictions: We comply with all applicable shipping regulations and will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.

Shipping Address: It is important to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Damage or Loss: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help@crystalac.com or (888) 387-5516. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
