Refund policy

At CrystaLac® we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a       hassle-free refund policy.

RefundsIf applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Original Shipping Cost & The Return Label Shipping Cost will be deducted from the total refund amount if approved.

ProcessingUpon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank first and understand their processing times. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@crystalac.com.

Cancellations: Cancellations may be requested before the product is processed or shipped. If promptly notified before processing, we will provide a full refund. The order cannot be canceled if the product has already shipped out. To cancel an order, please call us directly at (423) 727-6425 during business hours for immediate assistance or email help@crystalac.com.

Incorrect Address: Customer is responsible for correct shipping information to be entered at checkout. If an item needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for new shipment shipping costs

ExchangesWe will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at help@crystalac.com.


Returns Policy

 

At CrystaLac® we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.

We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please inspect your products upon arrival and notify us immediately to report damages for replacement

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item returned is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons on behalf of the customer, only a partial refund may be applicable. Discounted/sale items are ineligible for returns. 

Timeframe: Please inspect your products upon arrival and notify us immediately to report damages. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) for a refund. No return after 14 days.
