Shipping Policy

 We allow our customers to select their shipping option at check-out. The shipping service you choose at check out will be the label that we use AFTER it is processed. Orders are processed in the order they are placed and/or batched by items in the carts for each day starting oldest to newest orders.  (see "processing" below for more info)

If you choose expedited shipping, that does not mean it will be processed quicker than any of the other orders placed before yours. It only means that the shipping service (USPS or Fed EX) will get it to you within 2 to 3 business days AFTER we process it and they pick it up. We try to ship as quickly as possible and can usually process your order within 1 to 2 days. Please keep in mind that shipping delays can be expected, especially during Holidays and after a sale. All shipping services are somewhat slower than usual right now due to Covid-19.

International: If you would like to track your package over customs please select Priority mail. First-Class does not provide tracking of international packages (per USPS)

Please use your tracking # to check on any shipping updates. We will be happy to advocate for you as best we can, but please be aware we are not in control of when a package arrives once it leaves our store.


If an order has been processed that means that it currently being packed, or it has already been packaged and is waiting to be shipped from our store. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed it is too late to edit or make changes to your order as a shipping label has already been selected and paid for.

Please Note :Processing time is 1 business day up to two weeks

Items "Returned to Sender"

If an order is returned to us from the shipping provider (USPS or FedEx) we will reach out to you to verify the address and reason returned. If your items were “returned to sender” due to an incorrect address entered or another fault of the purchaser a new label needs to be created and the purchaser will be required to cover the shipping costs before we re-send the products.
