Extreme Protection Polyurethane

• No PHDs Needed Here – CrystaLac Polyurethane is easy to use since it adheres to a wide range of surfaces, including wood, stains, shellac, lacquer, polyurethane, and acrylic. It is super clear, self-leveling, and can be easily applied by either brushing or spraying, making it a versatile and simplified choice for various projects.
• Less Steps, Quicker Results – Extreme Polyurethane will adhere to itself, eliminating the need to sand between top coats and getting you your finished project sooner.
• YOU Friendly – CrystaLac Polyurethane has a low odor and low V.O.C., making it a safe and environmentally friendly option. It cleans up easily with water, eliminating the need for harsh solvents or wearing full PPE.

• Environment: For best results, apply in an environment above 68 degrees. Do not subject Extreme Protection Polyurethane to freezing temperatures.
• Prep: 
• Prior to using this top coat, we recommend using CrystaLac Amber Toned Sanding Sealer to enrich the warm natural colors in the wood and minimize grain raising. 
• If applying over anything else, make sure it is applied over thoroughly dried oil or water-based stains, shellac, lacquer, polyurethane or acrylic. 
• If recoating over an old finish, scuff sand first and remove any surface contaminants such as dirt, waxes or polishes.
• Application: Apply 3-5 coats for a beautiful, protective finish. More coats may be added based on preference.
• Dry Time: Extreme Protection Polyurethane will be dry to the touch in 30 minutes to an hour. 
• Recoat Time: Allow 2 to 4 hours before recoating.

• Do not use stearated sandpaper or tack cloths. Do not freeze. Do not apply below 60 degrees.
• Do not thin or clean with lacquer solvents or mineral spirits. Use soap and water for clean-up.
• Store at room temperature in a dry place, out of direct sunlight.
• Do not subject the product to freezing or hot temperatures.
• CrystaLac products have a shelf life of 5 years after opening.
• Use in an environment above 68ºF.

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not allow children to use the product unsupervised.
• Do not ingest.
• If using a spray application method, wear proper eye and respiratory protection.
